Insurance Coverage of Naturopathic Services
Dr. Haff is considered an In-Network Specialist in Naturopathic Medicine with:
Before your initial appointment, call your insurance to verify coverage (see specific questions below). Provide us with the information from your call on the patient detail questionnaire you were sent when you scheduled your initial appointment. Click here for the Patient Portal.
Patients with Harvard Pilgrim often need to have a Primary Care assigned and may need a referral to see a Specialist. When you call them to verify coverage, ask if your plan requires a referral to a Specialist, and if so, have your PCP of record fax a referral before your appointment to 888-652-3587.
We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare, but we offer 10% off to these patients. If you have private insurance we don't accept, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We accept FSA and HSA plans.

Insurance Coverage of Acupuncture
Dr. Haff is an In-Network Acupuncturist with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. If your Anthem plan provides Acupuncture coverage, it may provide coverage with Dr. Haff even if it doesn't cover Naturopathic Services. Cigna usually covers Acupuncture with Dr. Haff. Harvard Pilgrim does not cover Acupuncture with Dr. Haff. Please call your insurance to verify that your plan will cover Acupuncture with her (see specific questions below).

Cash Services
We require a card on file to schedule an appointment. We accept cash, debit, credit card, FSA and HSA cards as payment at the time of the visit.
If you have private insurance we don't accept, we will be happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Supplements are not covered by insurance, but may be covered by your HSA or FSA plan. Payment is expected at the time of service.

- Follow-up Visits: $90 - $210*

- Pediatric Wellness Visit: $165

- Follow up / Lab Review: $125 - $210*
- No Show / Late Cancelation Fee: $75

- 3 Sessions = $268 (15% off)
- 10 Sessions = $840 (20% off)
- Acupuncture Packages:
- We offer 10% off for patients with Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare.
